Justina Lorico is the Founder of Evolve Insurance Agency, driven by a passion to help families and entrepreneurs build financial security and lasting legacies. Before entering the financial services industry, Justina spent over 10 years in the restaurant industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for serving people and building relationships. While working and completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management (2017), she realized that despite working hard, many people—including herself at the time—were never truly taught how money works. That realization sparked a personal journey to learn about financial strategies and ultimately inspired her mission to educate others.

Today, Justina focuses on helping families, professionals, and business owners understand strategies that combine life protection, living benefits, and tax-advantaged financial solutions.
